The mission of the Fire Marshals Association of Suffolk County:
To provide a forum for Suffolk County's community of fire prevention and code enforcement professionals to collaborate, share expertise, and discuss issues and legislations relating to their profession;
To provide education opportunities and assistance to the membership of the Association, and to other agencies, relating to fire prevention, fire protection, fire investigation, and code enforcement;
To be constantly alert for dangerous and hazardous products, and to facilitate public safety by advocating for their removal, and;
To generate public support for fire safety issues and to educate the public on fire prevention and fire safety.
